Over the past 13 years Ms. Epner has valued over $3 billion in real estate in the US for clients ranging from GE Healthcare, Bank of America, HCP, LifePoint Hospitals, Berkshire Hathaway to local banks and private developers. Ms. Epner joined Cushman & Wakefield Regional, Inc. in 2010 and was the Director of the Valuation & Advisory Senior Housing / Healthcare Practice Group. Prior to that she was a senior appraiser at Healthtrust. Ceiliah is currently involved in real estate consulting and sales in South Florida with Miami Real Estate Group.
