Yesterday (March 2017) I was invited to tag along for a private tour with the developer Louis Birdman. The property is located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard Way adjacent to. The property overlooks Miami’s Museum Park and breathtaking Biscayne Bay and Atlantic Ocean views.
The building when complete in mid-2019 will boost an unprecedented level of service and amenities. The ground level will have resident valet to drop off/ pick up of cars, valet waiting lobby for guests with all service areas separate for deliveries, valet office, service workers and all back of house. Residents will enter the building into a grand lobby
The amount of amenities this development has for only 80+ exclusive residences is like no other building in Miami. (Helipad, indoor pool, outdoor pool, mega club room above the penthouse, just to name a few).
The first floor along Biscayne Boulevard will have a 6,000 square foot restaurant which has not yet been selected.
