Mary Brickell Village is a retail and lifestyle center located in the heart of Brickell, Miami’s Financial District. This center is located at 901 South Miami Avenue. It is located walking distance to many of the residential condominiums surrounding the office buildings within Brickell. The center was originally developed in 2008, it is 195,988 square feet and occupied by more than 50 stores and restaurants. It is two levels and divided in two sections on the east and west side of South Miami Avenue. Adjacent to this center is Brickell City Centre currently under construction including two residential towers Rise and Reach. There is also the SLS Lux and Brickell Heights under construction adjacent to the center. Mary Brickell Village includes Publix grocery store, LA Fitness, P.F. Changs China Bistro, Fado Irish Pub, Oceanaire Seafood Room, Rosa Mexicana, Blue Martini, Brother Jimmy’s, AT&T Store, FedEx Kinko, Beautiful Day Spa, Blo Hair Dry Bar and more. The property has immediate access to the Miami Metrorail at Brickell Station and the Metromover.
Rockpoint Group LLC has partnered with Ivanhoe Cambridget to recapitalize Mary Brickell Village. Ivanhoe Cambridge will continue to hold a minority interest, and Rockpoint will become the majority owner. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
