The most exclusive and luxurious experience watching the Miami Open is in The Nine; an open-air suite with a premium view of stadium court. This private club area was designed by the world-renowned Rockwell Group. Each suite holds up to 20 guests with an in-suite concierge, comes with all-inclusive food and alcohol beverages and premium parking.
This is the first year the Miami Open will be held at the Hard Rock Stadium; home to the Miami Dolphin’s football team. I was lucky enough to attend the Miami Dolphin verse Tampa Bay Buccaneers football game in the Aston Martin Residence sponsored Nine Suite. I was invited by my dear friend and top producing real estate agent Daniela Julia0 (@Danielarivj) who assists all my clients interested in the Aston Martin Residences (@AMResidencesMiami). We attended with one of my best guy friends Dani Homedes (@DaniHomedes), owner of Dara Sports (@DaraSports) the top sports management company and Juan Gisbert (@JuanGisbert), a former professional tennis player in Spain.
The Miami Open is one of the premier tennis events and features the best players from around the world. The event is presented by Itaú, the largest privately owned bank in Latin America. This is a fitting sponsor as Miami is known as the “Capital” of South American; with the largest Latin American population outside of actual Latin America. Brickell is South Florida’s financial district and the one of the largest core banking, investment and financials sectors in the United States. Additionally, along with Downtown Miami, Brickell has most of the state’s foreign consulates, including , including the consulates of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago amongst others.
The Miami real estate market, in Brickell, is a buyers market with an average discount of 9% being negotiated off asking amounts. According to the Compass Brickell market report, the median condominium price is $365,000 or an average price per square foot of $377. Miami is still a new city relative to San Francisco or say Chicago. Miami also has no state-income tax, a daily population increase of over 250 people and it is a global city.
I use to live at the Epic Hotel Residences in Downtown Miami which is adjacent to Brickell on the other side of the Miami River. It is an amazing place to live walking to incredible dining/ entertainment, Whole Foods, shopping/movies at Brickell Citi Center and great area to socialize.
Adjacent to the Epic Hotel where the Miami River meets the Biscayne Bay is the future home of the Aston Martin Residences. I have a VLOG I need to post (next week) about the $50M triplex Penthouse that is still available and the $3.4 M Vulcan Aston Martin one of only 24 in the world that will be gifted to the new home owner. Check out all the information on this pre-construction project on my website https://ceiliah.com/building/aston-martin-residences/
Note, I only moved from the Brickell/ Downtown neighborhood because I had the opportunity to live on Palm Island. I needed a house with a yard for my Goldendoodle Abby and to become a foster mommy (more on that in a later blog).
If you have known me for some time, I’m better at padel than tennis but I enjoy both. I play tennis at Flamingo Park on Miami Beach once a week in a women’s clinic and I take private Padel tennis lesson at Wynwood Padel Club. I hope to see you sometime to play tennis, padel or watch the Miami Open.
